Rules of the Market
1. This is a town Farmers Market; therefore, farm products are primary sales. Handmade, homemade and homegrown products only.
2. All vehicles besides those approved, shall be moved away from the Market path during Market hours. Parking is located around the Park. Failure to do so could be subject to a fine.
3. Unless approved, leaving before Market close time (230pm) is not permitted.
4. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean space at closing.
5. All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
6. We love that your kids are with us! We had a few instances last year where it became a safety issue with children away from their parents, lack of visual, etc. Please keep your children close as you set up! There is a playground East of the Market path.
7. The City of Maxwell and Market Coordinators reserve the right to refuse to anyone from the Farmers Market if any of the rules or regulations are found to be violated.
