Costumes (new or used), costume and dance accessories, beauty, etc - yes! Amazing super duper cookware - nope.

Sorry, there are no tables, chairs, or power available.

Vendor setup 8:00 AM.

Level load in/load out area, parking behind the Civic Center across the street.
Absolutely no driving on the grass!

Food options within a few blocks of the Green

If you're not bringing a vending canopy, DO bring sunscreen, a sun hat and stay hydrated!

Canopies will need to be weighted down. No tent stakes allowed on the Green.

Please remember there is no provision for rain. We're from Washington and a light rain off and on is no big deal, but if it really rains, we'll huddle under canopies and shop, shop, shop!

If you are required to collect WA sales tax, the Gig Harbor tax rate is 9.1%. If you're selling your pre-worn costumes, music, props, etc, you're probably fine without a business license.

Any special considerations?

Basic city park rules, y'all: No smoking, no alcohol, absolutely no driving on the grass, pets must be on a leash, and pick up after your pets.

Hasani's rules: pack up everything in your space when you leave, including trash. Dance whenever you feel like it! *
