Tea ITN 2024 – KYC Submission for Microsoft Users

During the Tea Incentivized Testnet (ITN) 2024 campaign, we identified an issue where users who registered with Microsoft-based email addresses (including domains like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, and @msn.com) were unable to log into the Tea App or access their profiles for several months.

As a result, these users could not complete their KYC submission and link their Tea Sepolia address within the app.
This form is created exclusively for affected users who meet all the following conditions:

✅ You originally signed up for Tea using a Microsoft email address.
✅ You could not log in to the Tea App due to Microsoft login issues during the ITN campaign period.
✅ You have a KYC-verified Tea Sepolia address that you wish to associate with your ITN account.

⚠️ Important Notes

- Please submit only once using the same Microsoft email you used when you registered for the Tea App.
- Ensure the Tea Sepolia address you provide is KYC attested.
- Submissions using non-Microsoft emails or unverified wallet addresses will not be processed.
- After submission, our team will cross-verify your email and KYC data against our internal records.
