Published Qigong author and professional instructor, Noel Plaugher guides you through a practice of standing and moving forms emphasizing the power of diaphragmatic breath.
Certified yoga instructor, Kim Brinson will then lead a gentle yoga practice to lengthen and strengthen muscles while connecting breath to the movements. The event concludes with a meditation that leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed.
