Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in the Thomas Stadium Summer League at Babe Ruth Thomas Stadium involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other bodily harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Babe Ruth Thomas Stadium their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and any other associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me (or my child), or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise, while participating in the event or while in, on, or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.

Lost or Stolen Property:
I understand that Babe Ruth Thomas Stadium is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the event.

Medical Treatment:
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Babe Ruth Thomas Stadium and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for myself or my child, and I agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily.
