BOOTH REQUEST for October 27, 2018 Montevallo Artwalk - ART STALK
Join us in Montevallo for an eclectic and affordable artwalk on Main Street! Local and regional artists are invited to sell their original creations in booths downtown.

LATE REGISTRATION (Oct. 15 - 20): We will charge a $15 booth fee for currently enrolled students and $30 booth fee for all other artists. You are not guaranteed to appear on the map if registered during late registration.

Registration (between Sept. 5 - Oct. 15): We will charge a $12 booth fee for currently enrolled students and $25 booth fee for all other artists.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Checks should be made out to "Montevallo Artwalk".

The event will last from 1 - 6 PM on Saturday, October 27. We are doing it a little earlier so you still have time for ghosts and goblins after the art party is done.

Check-in at the Artwalk Central Headquarters between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 27. Bring your own tent, table, and chairs. Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10', depending on the location. Please note your location preference on the form, and we will try to accommodate you. Your space is your responsibility to fill. If you need any special accommodations, please let us know a minimum of 2 weeks before the event.

I understand that the Artwalk is an initaitive to support our local artists, and that I must be selling my own original creations. Re-selling is prohibited. *

From Artwalk Posse - we are not trying to exclude, but we must limit the amount of certain booths. It is not fair to other vendors to allow multiples of the same product. Thank you for your understanding.
I understand that this is a rain or shine event, and I agree not to hold the Artwalk Posse liable if there is a weather event on Oct. 27. I understand that, if I have already paid for a booth but will be unable to participate, I must email to discuss a possible refund or transference of my booth fee to the next Artwalk. This must be done a minimum of 72 hours before the event (after which any refunds/transfers are revoked). *
