Senior Paediatric Trainee Preferences - End of Training / Consultant Working Life
Hello!

I am an ST7 WoS paediatric trainee currently taking a year out-of-programme to do the Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellowship. During this year, I am involved in a paediatric workforce and rota redesign project within a district general hospital.

I would be grateful if you could take the time to answer the following questions about your experiences as a senior paediatric trainee, together with your attitudes towards, and preferences for, working life as a consultant.

If you have any further comments regarding paediatric training or suggestions for improvement, please feel free to email me directly (aoife.ryan2@nhs.scot).

Once again, thank you for taking the time to complete this survey - it is much appreciated!

Best Wishes,

Aoife
