This survey is gathering gastrointestinal (GI)-related symptoms and the frequency and severity when symptoms occur. It will also gather some general data about demographics and other health conditions to help researchers understand whether gastrointestinal symptoms differ across different groups of people.

- You can stop taking the survey at any time for any reason. If you do not hit "submit" at the end of the survey, none of your data will be included.

- This study and research is not funded. No companies or organizations play a role in the development of the survey, analysis of the data, sharing of the results, or the researcher's time working on this survey or the data analysis for it.
HOW THIS DATA WILL BE USED:- This data will be analyzed to see if there are differences across groups in the volume and pattern of gastrointestinal-related symptoms. The data will be aggregated (grouped) and written about in blog posts and/or academic/medical journal papers in order to share group-level data with the general public and medical/research communities so we can design additional and more relevant research studies in the future. Individual-level data will not be shared or discussed.
