MEMPHO food vendor rules: - All vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required local, state and federal heath permits. MEMPHO will assist and give guidance for obtaining local permits. - All vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary tax licenses and, or permits to conduct business in the County of Shelby, City of Memphis and State of Tennessee. - All approved vendors will be required to submit menu items for approval prior to acceptance. Only beverages which are pre-approved will be eligible for sale. - Vendor load-in and load-out schedules will be shared upon acceptance. - Required forms of payment include cash and credit. All vendors will be required to submit a detailed POS report for any credit and digital payments. Daily cash sales reporting will occur each evening of the festival. Settlement will take place each night of the festival.
