MEMPHO Food Vendor Application
The first annual MEMPHO Music Festival will take place October 6th & 7th In Memphis, Tennessee. MEMPHO will take place at the picturesque Shelby Farms Park and celebrate Music, Food and Nature. The festival is the latest chapter in the rich musical history of Memphis. Its founders are committed to making it an integral part of the Memphis cultural scene for years to come. MEMPHO has been created to blend today's best sounds with Memphis' storied musical heritage, creating a festival experience filled with music, food, and nature that appeals to people of all ages.

Show Field Vending Options:
- Food Truck: Site Fee Deposit = $1,500 applied against 25% of sales
Booth includes: Two 20 AMP circuits and 8 staff wristbands
- Specialty Booth: Site fee Deposit $1,200 applied against 25% of sales. Specialty booth vendors serve specialty beverages, desserts, and snacks (such as smoothies, coffee, pastries, etc). Booth includes: Two 20 AMP circuits and 8 staff wrist bands.

Show Field Hours:
- Friday, October 6th: 5:00pm - 12:00pm
- Saturday, October 7th 12:00pm - 12:00am

MEMPHO food vendor rules:
- All vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required local, state and federal heath permits. MEMPHO will assist and give guidance for obtaining local permits.
- All vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary tax licenses and, or permits to conduct business in the County of Shelby, City of Memphis and State of Tennessee.
- All approved vendors will be required to submit menu items for approval prior to acceptance. Only beverages which are pre-approved will be eligible for sale.
- Vendor load-in and load-out schedules will be shared upon acceptance.
- Required forms of payment include cash and credit. All vendors will be required to submit a detailed POS report for any credit and digital payments. Daily cash sales reporting will occur each evening of the festival. Settlement will take place each night of the festival.

MEMPHO Application Timeline:
- Application submission deadline - September 5th, 2017
- Notice of acceptance - September 8th, 2017
- Contract and deposit deadline - September 12th, 2017
- MEMPHO Music Festival - October 6th & 7th, 2017
