The deadline for Theme Camp submissions is April 1, 2026.

The deadline for Activities is April 7, 2026.

Please note, our activity and theme camp applications are on a volunteer basis and do not include tickets into the event.

Sound camps and DJ sets will NOT be considered.

Theme Camp- A campsite where a group of people rally around a theme and convey it with decorations, interactive activities, and a welcoming spirit!

Workshop- A workshop is a class you host to share your knowledge and skill with the community in a hands on capacity.

Seminar- A seminar is a meeting or discussion hosted by you to convey experience, knowledge, and wisdom on a particular topic.

Event- An event is a gathering you host of the fun variety! This could be a glow parade, or a mixer, or a meet up. Get creative!
