1/4 White River Junction NVDA Training
Thanks for registering for 350Vermont's Nonviolent Direct Action Training at the Bugbee Center in White River Junction on 1/4/20.

In this training, we will learn the importance of collective action and its connection to collective liberation, the basics of NVDA (nonviolent direct action) theory, creative tactics for shutting things down to open them up, and legal factors to consider, all with a focus on how to use NVDA strategically within a campaign.

This is a great opportunity for all those looking to plan impactful actions or move their campaigns to the next level-- especially for those planning actions for VT legislative session or looking to get more involved with the Bow coal facility campaign.

The training will run 10 am-4 pm and we ask all participants to bring their own lunch.  Snacks and refreshments will be provided. The Bugbee Center is at 262 N Main St, White River Junction.

This training is co-sponsored by Extinction Rebellion and the Climate Disobedience Center.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact our Trainings Coordinator, Sonia Silbert, at trainings@350vt.org.  More program details can be found here: https://350vermont.org/workshops/#upcomingworkshops
