Location: American Plaza - Located at Galvin & Harvell behind Jensen Tire

All Booth Space is Outdoors.
This is a mixed show: Crafts, Antiques, Flea markets, Artisans, Direct Sales. Just a little bit of everything. We will have the groups divided into different areas for shoppers convenience.
Electricity is not available. You must provide your own.
Tables & Chairs are not provided
Tents are not Provided - 10x10 Popup tents may be purchased as many area retailers for less than 100.00
Event Takes Place on A Grassy Service
Last years events each saw between 500-1000 people per show, This was 1st year of shows

Food Trucks will be charged a space fee of $100.00 regardless of size. All food trucks will be set up in designated space as indicated with windows facing as designated. Any deviations will mean that truck is asked to leave and not participate and will not receive a refund.
Multiples of vendors will be allowed within reason. Full listing of current paid vendors can be found on the event listing on fbook for each event.

These events are non profit events with proceeds benefiting the Bellevue Food Pantry and/or other Bellevue organizations

*Tents are not included in this price. you can bring your own tent or we can refer you to our favorite tent company in the area.

*If you would like a different size outdoor space, example 20x20 or 20x30 the booth will be figured at $1.50 per sq.ft

Set Up & Tear Down

Set up: Saturday Morning of the Event. Further Details will be provided. Vehicles must be removed from the premises and parked in designated area.

Tear Down: Vendors may not start breaking down their booth prior to the close of the show at 5:00 pm on Saturday. Vehicles will be allowed on the property for load out after closing only. No vehicles may enter before 5:30pm.

Liability Insurance

While not required One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing Homeowners or Business insurance policy for a very low cost. It is HIGHLY encouraged that each vendor obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space. Bellevue Bazaar, ABB Inc, A Bridal Boutique & Tux, The City of Bellevue or any of its employees are NOT responsible for any damage and/or injury that take place within your booth space. Please keep all aisles Clear and Safe

Pets are welcome, Please be kind to all of the customers and their pets. We welcome the whole family to Bellevue Bazaar

Inclement Weather

The event will go on rain or shine. Should inclement weather come in the Police Department will make the call if the event must be evacuated for safety.

BOOTH PAYMENT: Payment in full must accompany the agreement within 24 hours. If payment dates are not upheld your space will be released for resale. There are no refunds; however, if you do not intend to exhibit you must cancel in writing 5 days before the show date advertised. We are not responsible for errors made due to late payments.RELEASE OF CLAIMS: The undersigned Bellevue Bazaar exhibitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the City Of Bellevue, A Bridal Boutique & Tux and Bellevue Bazaar and their agents, employees, contractors and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of personal injury or property damage sustained during the Bellevue Bazaar, caused in whole or in part by the exhibitor’s negligent acts or failure to act or that of his agents, employees, contractors or anyone employed by them for whose acts the exhibitor may be liable.NO space SHARING, TRANSFERRING OR ALTERING OF ORIGINAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AS LISTED ON THIS FORM AFTER ACCEPTANCE INTO THE SHOW. YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE 10x12 space FOR EACH COMPANY YOU PROMOTE. Management reserves the right to make modifications per fire code, safety, to develop easy access within the show, to establish exhibitor limitation zones and possible show expansions. A penalty of $100 will be charged to exhibitors who dismantle a booth before the end of the event. Exhibitor hereby rents the designated space(s) for the 2019 Bellevue Bazaar, for the sole purpose of displaying, exhibiting, promoting and/or selling its merchandise, products, and/or services as stated on their agreement, for the operating hours of the event. Signing of this contract constitutes that this agreement is a legal and binding contract for both the company and person obtaining exhibit space. The parties agree that if a signed copy of this agreement is transmitted or completed in google docs, mailed, or emailed, shall be deemed to be an original and fully enforceable. **All payments are to assure your space. Spaces are on a first come/first served basis.• A minimum 100%, non-refundable, payment is required with contract.• Bellevue Bazaar determines Exhibitor placement in the show ABB Inc may list the Exhibitor in Show promotional materials and use photography or video of the show for publicity purposes without compensation to the Exhibitor. As a Vendor you are required to share event with the public as well to further advertise the event. In order to keep prices down for this event for our vendors we have to have your help.You understand by signing that you are not considered to be apart of our event until payment is received. Once paid there are no refunds for any reason. This is an non profit event benefiting the Bellevue Food Pantry and/or other Bellevue Organizations. The event will go on rain or shine. You will share the event and help in promoting event to make it successful as well. *
