Remote Learning Information
SLLIS is updating a remote learning plan to use in the event of long-term school closure or student absence. To understand the needs of our population in relation to learning from home, we need to collect current data about access to technology in homes. This form will also be sent home in hard copy.
Please provide the first and last names of each of your students who attend SLLIS.
Do each of the children in your household who attend SLLIS have daytime access at home (or the location where they would spend the day if SLLIS is not open) to an internet-enabled device with sound and camera capabilities? (In other words, if you have 2 students who attend SLLIS, do you have 2 internet-enabled devices which they can use individually to access online daytime lessons provided by SLLIS?)
If you answered "no" above, how many internet-enabled devices would you need for each of your SLLIS students to access online daytime learning at home?
Does your home (or the place where your students would be during the day if SLLIS was not open) have internet access?
