STRIPES SUMMER CAMP I 2025
Complete the registration form below for each camper .There is a $50, one-time registration fee which includes your camper's t-shirt. The registration fee will be billed through FACTS on 5/30/25, unless the student is outside of SJCS. In that case payment will be handled separately. 

DETAILS: 
  • Summer Camp will run from Mon June 16 to Fri. August 8
  • Summer Camp will be closed for a break the week of June 30 to July 6
  • Summer Camp Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
  • We will have a field trip every Friday of camp 
  • The last day of camp Aug 8th will be a half day w/ a bbq celebration for families. Camp will end at 2pm that day.
  • Weekly we will have theme days and each week the activities will differ. (ex: Make Something Monday, Team Up Tuesday, Water Wednesday, Theology/Theme Thursday, Field trip Friday)
PRICING:
  • Early Bird Weekly Registration = $475 per camper (by March 31)
  • Weekly Registration = $525 per camper per week
  • One-time Registration Fee (non-refundable) = $50 per camper (due May 30)

Medical Release Statement 
I understand that if there is an unexpected illness or injury, and the school is unable to contact the parents, the Summer Camp staff is authorized to take action; that, in their best judgment, will provide for the medical needs of my child.  The Summer Camp staff will not provide any medication to students except for Inhalers/EpiPens and the application of Sunscreen, unless otherwise authorized by parent/guardian.  By checking the box below, as parent/guardian of the above named child on this registration form I agree to this Medical Release Statement.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
By checking the box below as parent/guardian of the above named child on this registration form you acknowledge and agree to the following payment and cancellation policy. 
- All refund requests must be delivered via email at tigercamp@sjchristian.org.
- Cancellation before May 30, 2025 will be charged 25% of camp payments as a non-refundable processing fee. 
- Cancellation after May 30, 2025 is non-refundable.

Late Fees Policy
- Late Pick-Up Fees: $5 for the first 5 minutes and $5 each minute thereafter.
- Late fee charges will be invoiced each month with payments to SJCS due by the 15th of the month and delinquent on the 25th of the month. A late fee of 5% of the late balance or $50 (whichever is greater) will be applied to all delinquent accounts.
