Swhoop has been going since 2010 and it's a proper family. Everyone is incredibly friendly but it has been drawn to my attention that at the very beginning it was a little intimidating being around a big group of people that knew each other so well. It doesn't take long for newbies to integrate and become family themselves but I want to make sure all new SWhoopers feel welcome and included from the absolute beginning of their SWhoop experience so I'm setting up a buddy system for new SWhoopers so they can meet a couple of the old school crew (virtually) before arriving so they feel totally comfortable when they arrive, have people to say hi to and sit with for the first meal!
