The Philadelphia Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (PHL TCTAC) is a division of the Overbrook Environmental Education Center. PHL TCTAC is designed to provide a broad range of environmental and energy-related technical assistance to non-profit organizations and geographic jurisdictions seeking to increase their organizational capacity in order to: improve community collaboration, facilitation, and engagement; apply for grants; and/or perform energy and environmental activities related to clean energy transition in vulnerable communities in the Philadelphia and broader mid-Atlantic region.
