Youth Exchange “Find your inner peace”
ТЕРМІНОВО одне місце на молодіжному обміну!
NGO “Vzayemopomich” шукає 1 учасників(-ниць) для участі у молодіжному обміні “Find your inner peace”, що проходитиме з 13 по 22 вересня у Бакуріані, Грузія.
На обмін зберуться 35 учасників з України, Італії, Іспанії, Естонії, Вірменії, Росії та Португалії.

ℹ️ Про проект:
It is getting harder and harder to unwind ourselves, develop own ways, separate own views from societal ones, and develop critical thinking. It’s getting harder when our mind is constantly affected by overwhelming news, useless information, those standardized, stereotypical views and approaches characterizing certain societies and cultures.
The Internet has turned our existence upside down. We organize our knowledge about the world around us by sorting and simplifying received information from different sources. Therefore, we create cognitive schemes, which are certain representations of the reality displaying its most typical and fundamental elements and properties. These schemes are responsible for defining the essence of our worldview and have a significant influence on social cognition –understanding, anticipation, situation and emotion control.
In order to try to avoid this, through this project we would like to give the participants possibility to be more aware of their selves and their lives, own fundamental values, views, personal attitudes, decisions and actions.
The project guides the participants to find the new ways of personal development, self-expression and self-transformation through experimenting with various methodologies of Yoga, meditation, body-movement, massage, music and breathing techniques

- Молодь 21-30 років;
- З наявністю закордонного паспорту;
- Бажано з повною вакцинацією;
- З гарним знанням англійської мови;
- Обов’язкова цікавість до тематики проекту;
- Досвід або інтерес до йоги, медитацій, танців та масажу;
- Бажання просувати отримані навички і результати проекту в Україні.

💰Проект фінансується за рахунок програми Erasmus+, яка покриває:
- 100% витрат на харчування, проживання;
- 100% проїзду до місця проведення і назад (якщо витрати не перевищують ліміт 200 евро).

Участь для активних членів організації є безкоштовною.
Для тих учасників, які не є членами організації - річний членський внесок 30 Євро (після того, як вас затвердили організатори). Додатково для цього проекту потрібно сплатити 20 евро приймаючій організації для dissemination проекту.
