This is the order form for tumblers. I will not begin to work on your tumbler until you have paid in advance. After I receive your information, I may email you or PM you to ask some questions for clarification. I also may send you a mock up of your tumbler design before I begin the actual production.

Remember if you want more than 2 colors of glitter/paint, it is an additional $5. Also if your cup will be personalized with a name, please include that here with the correct spelling.
