Community League of the Heights (CLOTH) and the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) are currently conducting a commercial district needs assessment (CDNA) along the Broadway and St. Nicholas corridors in Washington Heights. As part of our Avenue NYC program, the results of the CDNA will help identify areas that need improvement, and the participation of people living and working in the neighborhood is vital to the success of the program.
