Chalice Central Registration
Please fill out this form in its entirety to be given access to Chalice Central, UUFHC's virtual Faith Formation hub. Chalice Central is a private social media network in which only registered members can participate. (Chalice Central is run on the Mighty Networks platform and yes, there is a phone app so you can access our community anywhere!) You can read more about the program here:
It is up to each family to decide how they will interact with Chalice Central and who will be given individual accounts. At least one adult from each family will need an account to participate in the program. Children/youth are welcome to have their own accounts, especially youth in middle and high school so that they can access their content independently. Children/youth are also welcome to share their adult's account.
You will need a unique email address for each Chalice Central account in the family. If you have a child who does not have an email address and you want them to have an independent account, you are encouraged to set up a free email address via Gmail or another provider. Please reach out to Jenn Blosser, DFF if you have questions/concerns:
Be aware that while we continue to put in place every best practice for virtual safety, the adults in a family are the ones who are ultimately responsible for child/youth safety online. Please see the Covenant & Child/Youth Safety Policy in this form for more information. The information gathered in this registration form is confidential to the Director of Faith Formation and the background-checked Faith Formation team which operate as admins/moderators for Chalice Central.
