2019 Senior Field Day Volunteer Form
Senior Field Day- May 28, 2019
North Bullitt seniors are looking forward to a fun-filled day of indoor and outdoor activities to celebrate the last day of school with our 2019 Battle for the Belt Senior Field Day! Students need to come dressed for a fun day of games and sports!
We need the help of 30 parent volunteers in order to make the event a success. This year’s Field Day is scheduled for Tuesday May 28 from 7:20 a.m. – 2:10 p.m. If you are able to volunteer for one of the two shifts or for both shifts, please return the form below no later than May 20th. I will contact you a couple days in advance to remind you of your shift time and activity assignment. I will give you complete game instructions and maps when you arrive so that you can feel comfortable with your game. When you arrive at the school, please go directly to the office, sign in and get a name tag. Then, go to the location of your station. The office will have maps to direct you.
*You must have a volunteer background check on file. If you do not have one, you can come to North Bullitt to get one. You will need your license and $10. This takes up to 2 weeks to complete, so please make sure you take care of this by May 13! I will contact you if you are not up to date. (They are good for 2 years)
**If you can't volunteer that day but would be willing to donate item needs, the list needed is on last question.
Thank you for volunteering to help with our NBHS 2019 Battle for the Belt Senior Field Day. It is because of the parents like you that North Bullitt is such a wonderful school!
