Mass Cards
Please use the form below to submit Mass requests. Complete one form for each Mass requested. The donation is $10 for each Mass.  

When we receive your request, we will contact you to let you know if the date and time you requested is available. If you require a Mass card, please indicate this and provide the name and address of the person to whom the card should be mailed.

Please note: we check and respond to online Mass requests once a week. If you need immediate assistance, please call the Parish Office at (973) 763-5454  Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm.
