Consider your event's proximity to wealth. This is inclusive of your own proximity to wealth and that of your event's attendees.

Consider if your event directly supports a marginalized community.

Consider the size of your event, and the equipment you will be borrowing across A/V kitchen and seating.

Please note the labor involved in Hex House hosting your event:

• A current member is required to be on site with you for the complete duration of your event including setup and breakdown

• Admins reviewing your proposal

• Managing communications in response to your proposal

• Drafting and signing an event contract with you

• Alerting our paying members that the communal space is not available to them at this time

• Overseeing and supporting your event's tech and furniture setup either before, during, and after your event

• Overseeing cleanup and resetting of the space after your event
