We have moved our policies to the end of the form. Please read them all before submitting.

Once the form is filled out, you will need to wait until we double check availability and then send you an invoice.  Invoices are payable through Bill and Pay via ACH transfer or through Zelle to 510-912-1212.  We can take credit card payments but we charge an additional 4% to cover the fees.

Pricing
All prices are prepaid for the remainder of the school year.  The full school year is 37 weeks.  There are 34 Mondays due to additional holidays. See our calendar.
