New KDP County Party Votebuilder User

So that we may add a new Votebuilder user to your county party please fill out this section to the best of your knowledge. If you have any questions, please email us at votebuilder@kydemocrats.org for more info. Each new user will be required to sign and return a County Party Votebuilder agreement and accounts will not be created until agreement is returned. Once the agreement is returned, their account will be created within a few hours.

Please note that only two (2) County Party Admins are allowed per account. Any more will be added at lower access levels.

This will determine what level access we give them.

(7) - Phone Banker. Has the ability to access VPB's and apply/edit information to the voters they call.

(6) - Data Entry. Same access as 7 with the ability to print and enter data, cut turf, and export turf to MiniVAN.

(5) - Super Vol. Assist with creating lists, managing folders, and refreshing turf.

(4) - Organizer. Can analyze data (canvass results, activist codes, and survey responses), filter and create lists by scores, commit MiniVan Data, and create and administer VPB's).

County Part Admin (Only Two Per County)

Upon hitting submit, KDP will send the County Party Voter File Agreement to the user through HelloSign. They will need to sign and return this Agreement to via Hellosign. Until this is received, user accounts will not be created. *
