Freedom of Expression Workshop Facilitation Request
Please use this form to request a 50-minute classroom, organization, department or small group workshop. Workshops are hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students (ODOS) and facilitated by Division of Student Affairs employees. Requests should be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of the earliest requested date. A member of the ODOS team will contact you to confirm your workshop date, time and location.
