Report an Accessibility Concern to Joseph City Unified School District
A student, parent or member of the public who wishes to submit a complaint or grievance regarding a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 or Title II related to website accessibility can do so using this form.
Once our School District has been notified of inaccessible content, we will work to address and resolve the deficiency described as soon as possible and will respond to the reporting party with the efforts that will be taken to do so.
The complaint or grievance will be investigated by our web administrator or another person designated by the school district's Superintendent.
