1. Limited to 50 participants per category on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Important information to take note:
• Registration should be taken place before 16 March 2017. Late registration will not be entertained.
• Incomplete entry will be disqualified. IC number must be stated.
• Participants are only allowed to use MONAMI Oil Pastels for colouring purpose. No other materials are allowed during competition.
• The organiser will not provide tables and chairs. Only A3 colouring blocks will be provided.
• Participants are required to register themselves 30 minutes before the competition starts.
• Participants are required to complete their artwork within the given time duration for each respective competition.
3. The result will be announced and prizes will be presented to the winners on the same day.
4. All entries received will not be returned to participants, it will become the sole property of POPULAR Book Co. (M) Sdn. Bhd.
5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. The organizer reserves the rights to replace the prizes with items of equal value without prior notice.
7. The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents/ injuries sustained during the contest.
8. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the above competition without prior notice. No complaints will be entertained.

参赛规则：

1． 每组只限50名参赛者，先到先得。
2． 参赛者须留意事项：
• 请于2017年3月16日前线上报名，逾期者恕不受理。
• 资料填写不完整或字迹模糊的参赛表格一律作废。参赛者必须填上身份证号码。
• 参赛者只限使用MONAMI油性蜡笔，不允许使用其他种类产品作画。
• 主办当局将不提供桌椅，只提供A3填色纸。
• 请于比赛开始前30分钟到会场报到。
• 参赛者务必在各别比赛限时内完成作品。
3． 参赛成绩将于当天公布，奖品也将于当天颁发给优胜者。
4． 主办当局大众书局有权力保留所有参赛作品，怒不退还。
5． 评审团的决定乃最后决定，任何异议恕不受理。
6． 主办当局有权在不事先通知的情况之下，以相等价格的奖品来取代上述奖项。
7． 任何于比赛期间发生的意外或损伤，主办当局一概不负责。
8． 主办当局保留取消或更改以上活动的权力，恕不另行通知。
