2. To qualify for membership, members must be resident at an Appin postcode address

3. Members have the right to attend member meetings, have powers under the constitution including to appoint people to serve on the board, and take decisions on changes to the constitution.

4. Membership is open to organisations incorporated in Appin, with the right to a single vote.

5. Associate members have the right to attend member meetings, and if requested by the board, to sit on any development groups. They have no voting rights.
