1. Confirmation of registration will be on first-come, first-served basis, and upon received of payment.

2. Axcell reserves the right to cancel/change the date/time of the classes. In the even of cancellation, make-up classes will be arranged by Axcell, if not, fee of the affected lesson will be refunded to the subsequent month invoice.

3. There shall be no refund of school fees under any circumstances, except for the following reasons:

i. Cancellation of classes by Axcell.

ii. Student unable to attend class due to school related matter. (school letter/notice/whatsapp shall be sent to Axcell for refund).

iii. Student unfit for lesson. (medical certificate shall be sent to Axcell for refund).

iv. Travelling during school holidays. (required at least 1 week advance notice).

Fees are non-refundable and non-waivable unless prior notice is given and the required supporting document is submitted within one week from the date of absence. Fee of the affected lesson will be refunded to the subsequent month invoice.

4. Payment of monthly tuition fee shall be made by the 14th of each month. A 10% late fee will apply to overdue payments.

5. To withdraw from Axcell tuition classes, a minimum of one month’s notice is required.

6. Axcell Tuition Centre may take photographs or videos of students during lessons, activities, or events for use in our website, social media, marketing materials, and internal publications. Students’ full names will not be displayed without prior consent.
By enrolling your child, you consent to the centre using such photos/videos for the above purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing. Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use only and does not affect materials already published.
