Peirce families & staff, as part of our commitment to creating an equitable hiring process, we are inviting parents/guardians and staff to be a part of first round interviews. Candidates that are invited in for second round interviews will teach a demonstration lesson, it is at that time that  we seek feedback from students. • Interviews generally last 1 hour and are often held in person, although there may be some interviews scheduled virtually.
• The school uses a pre determined set of questions and a scoring scale for each candidate.
• Majority of interviews happen on varying days and times beginning in the Spring until the start of school.
• Those who are interested do not need to commit to attending every interview, but will be invited in based on interest and availability.
• Interview teams will be approximately 3-8 members.

Indicating interest is the first step, additional information will be shared at a later date to those who will participate in the interview process.

Familias de Peirce, como parte de nuestro compromiso de crear un proceso de contratación equitativo, estamos invitando a los padres/tutores y al personal a formar parte de la primera ronda de entrevistas. Los candidatos que sean invitados a la segunda ronda de entrevistas enseñarán una lección de demostración, es en ese momento que buscamos retroalimentación de los estudiantes.
