Voluntary Action Rutland (VAR) has provided a Transport service to the residents of Rutland for over 40 years and we want to ask our users how we are doing and whether changes are needed to make the service better.
You do not need to answer all the questions; however the more complete the feedback is the more useful it will be to VAR.
The survey and any information you provide will be handled in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (rule about information privacy) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The survey is purposely anonymised to protect the identity of individuals and encourage frank and candid responses. However if you wish to engage more directly with this process, and provide specific information and/or first-hand feedback, please contact the CEO directly.
