This form is intended to help UCSC Faculty and/or Instructors plan a visit to the UCSC Arboretum for one or more of their classes.

All group visits should be during OPEN HOURS: 9am - 5pm daily.

Our Visitor parking and public restroom availability is somewhat limited so completing this form will also help all parties involved to have a successful and pleasant experience visiting and learning in our gardens. UCSC Students and associated instructors do not have to pay Garden Admission during this group visit to the Arboretum.

The Arboretum is a mostly Self-Supporting unit of campus. Many UCSC classes visit the Arboretum for the educational enrichment of our natural outdoor classroom. Completing this form will help us to track the number and frequency of UCSC classes visiting our gardens.

After you have completed and submitted this form, an Arboretum staff member will contact you to confirm and/or review the details of your request.

Our parking area is limited and primarily reserved for our public visitors, thus we strongly urge everyone to carpool, ride a bike, walk and/or ride a UCSC Shuttle or Metro bus to the Arboretum.

UCSC Shuttles and Metro buses drop off and pick up just north of the Arboretum Entrance. It can be helpful to the driver to request a STOP for the Arboretum.
