Who's ready to rock out with us at the 6TH ANNUAL ROCKIN' ROMANCE READERS AUTHOR EVENT in August 2028?
DATE: Saturday, August 5, 2028
LOCATION: Hilton Knoxville Airport, 2001 Alcoa Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701
TABLE COST: $225(approx. - final table cost will be provided at time of invitation). Table cost (non-refundable and non-transferrable) includes:
- 6 ft. table (tables are either wrapped or skirted)
- Breakfast for the author plus one (1) assistant or model - in the morning prior to the signing.
- Lunch for the author plus one (1) assistant or model (we close the event for lunch from 12-1p.m. so you can enjoy your lunch without readers in the room)
- Entry to the Friday night meet & greet for the author plus one (1) assistant or model. This event is very laidback and informal, with a cash bar and light food.
- Additional assistant(s) and/or model(s) will carry a small additional fee.
PAYMENT: All invoices for table cost will be sent via Square and include a small service fee. We require a $50 deposit within two (2) weeks of the invoice. Balance will be due approximately six (6) months prior to the event.

No extensions for table fee payments.
No refunds for table fees. Be very sure you are able to attend.
Reselling your table is expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to choose each table applicant.
Selling another author’s books at your table is prohibited. However, anthologies and similar box sets that you are published in are allowed.
Outside alcohol and food is prohibited.
