Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Asheville Religious Education Registration 2016-17
Please fill out a form for each family member who will attend classes or activities in RE. Indicate whether you would like to register each individual for 9:15, 11:15, or for both sessions. When you finish this form look for a link to submit another response.

What's new? Opportunities for adults to do faith development! This Fall, we will offer a variety of programming for all ages (including programs for adults, activities for children, and all ages activities) at 9:15am. All adults and children must be registered before attending 9:15 activities or classes. Please note that a background check will be done on all adults participating in multigenerational classes (for registered participants and visiting adults).

At 11:15am, we offer care and activities for babies through senior high students.

Please note: You will be asked at the end of this form to make a volunteer commitment.
We are thrilled and proud to be offering a large, diverse, and innovative RE program this year. Most of our volunteers are trained and set with materials, curricula, and their own skills to lead or assist in the classes and new offerings we have this year.
There are still opportunities (and needs!) for volunteers in RE. Not into teaching a traditional class? There are plenty of other ways to contribute to our program!

Special Events and Hospitality crew: Help the events that make our community so special run smoothly. May include hands-on help, coordination of hospitality or events prep, or bringing food. Great way to be involved with special occasions and programs (and sometimes includes a meal)!

Coming of Age mentors

Spirit Play (K-3rd grade) at 11:15: Our #1 need is for leaders in Drama/ Music/ Movement, but all centers have room for more team members: Nature Classroom, MakerSpace, Art, and Contemplation.

NEW! Adopt-an-Activity-Center: Help keep our beautifully curated rooms tidy and organized. Come in on your own time once or twice a month to make it nice and ready for action again on Sundays.

NEW! Soul Work and activity packs: This job is great for those who like to work solo on a specific, detailed task on your own schedule. It can actually be a meditative part of your day to put together these materials for our children and youth (and adults) to use in class or in the Sanctuary. Young helpers are welcome to join their adult for this task!

If organizing and cleaning is your thing, we have several tasks that need attention now and throughout the year. Can be done on your own time, solo, or as a pair or group.
