Penguicon 2019 Hotel Room Special Requests
[APRIL 28, EDITED TO ADD: It is now the week of the convention. Instead of using this form, please email me, Matt Arnold, Hotel Liaison, at hotel@penguicon.org. You need a timely response from me and the hotel, so I need to hear from you immediately rather than waiting until I look at the responses to this form. The hotel might not be able to accommodate your request, since rooms have already been assigned. But we can see. Thanks!]

Hi! Please fill out this form to let us know your room preferences.
You should already have a king or double reserved with the Westin before filling this out. If you have a reservation with any other hotel, please contact them directly as Penguicon does not have an established relationship with anyone other than the Westin.

Although we will try our best to accommodate your request, be aware that your request may not be fulfilled.

Room Party Question
This year, we are relaxing the rules for the traditional form of room parties.

- "Traditional Parties" have the bed still present, the lights mostly kept on, and no focus on amplified music. You can clearly see faces and hear people talking. This DOES NOT require a door guard. Your staff is up to you.

- "Nightclub Parties" have the bed removed, the lights turned off, and a focus on amplified music. Penguicon will check to ensure this style of party is staffed with a door guard.

Room party hosts who fill out this question will:
- be put in touch with the Room Party Coordinator.
- be listed in our publications, if desired.
- receive a complimentary bag of supplies, including: film to protect carpets; rags; painkillers; a doorstop; blue painter tape; cleaner; wristbands; probably some other stuff. :)
