The Women of Peace Corps Legacy's mission is to bring the diverse women of the Peace Corps together to serve communities and create a better world for future generations. One avenue in which we celebrate our mission is through the Women of Peace Corps Legacy Kate Raftery Emerging Leader Award. The Women of Peace Corps Legacy is proud to honor young Peace Corps women who are making a difference in the lives of women and girls around the world.

The winner will receive a commemorative award and a small monetary prize to be used for a project of her choice. The award is usually presented at the National Peace Corps Association Connect.
