GBYO Financial Assistance Application

If applying for assistance with tuition, please pay only the $50 tuition deposit at this time and disregard the tuition due date.

This program is designed to help students in financial need participate in GBYO. For these students, our aim is to be able to provide assistance for tuition assistance and, in some cases, make an instrument available or reimburse part of the cost of private lessons.

Any students 17 years old or younger are eligible who meet the requirements for free or reduced lunch at school. Students who are in financial need but who do not meet this lunch program qualification may still qualify if they can explain clearly why they are in need of assistance.

Financial assistance can only be considered if you provide the information and documentation requested. All information will be kept strictly confidential. Contact Brian Jack at greaterboulderyo@gmail.com with any questions.

Please send a copy of your most recent tax return and any W-2s, 1099s, or K-1s, and a letter from your child's school verifying participation in the free lunch program. Students who are in financial need but do not meet this lunch qualification are still eligible but must explain clearly why they are in need of assistance. These can either be mailed to GBYO, PO Box 17643, Boulder CO 80308, or scanned in and emailed to the above email address.
