How many tables will you need?
Two tables come with the vendor spot, however the hotel charges $30 for each additional table and does not allow vendors to use their own tables.
Will you need power?
Will you be bringing an assistant?
An assistant will cost an extra $40 and also have access to all classes, performances, and play parties with the understanding that your booth will still be manned during all vending hours.
Would you also like to purchase a program ad at the discounted vendor rates?
Ad graphics must be submitted by June 18th. Bag swag must be delivered by August 1st.
