Kashmir Valley has been facing electricity shortages for decades now, particularly through the long months of winter. Yet, every year this crisis has only deepened. Successive governments have failed to deal with this crisis, and have only blamed the consumer. To get a wider debate started on this grave issue faced by everyone in the valley, "The Kashmir Institute" - a think-tank based in Kashmir, will be shortly conducting a public seminar inviting experts on this crisis. And to put our case in better way, we would like you to tell us how badly you have been affected by filling out this survey.
