* The full fee for attending a TEC weekend is $50.  In order to be sure the weekends are full, we do not reserve your place until at least a $25 deposit is received.  You will be prompted to pay a deposit of $25 or the full fee of $50 when you click on "Submit" below.  All payments are handled through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account.  You may simply pay with a credit or debit card.  * Please include the name of the TEC participant that you are paying for under "Note to seller." *

TEC is intentionally designed as a three-day retreat, so participants should plan to be there for the full retreat, which is 9 a.m. on Saturday through 6 p.m. on Monday.

Teens Encounter Christ
Teens Encounter Christ, abbreviated as TEC, is a three-day retreat from daily life to grow in faith and connect with other Christians.

The purpose of the TEC weekend is to enable older youth, at a time when they are making life decisions, to encounter the presence of Christ in their lives and to commit themselves to a life under Him.  Use of Word and Sacrament under the power of the Holy Spirit is the primary means by which the purpose of TEC is fulfilled.

A TEC retreat is intended to strengthen the faith of those who attend and to encourage them to exercise Christian leadership in their daily living.  The TEC weekend leads participants from where they are when they arrive to a personal encounter with Jesus and the implications of that encounter for daily living.

Adult (18+) Background Checks
Participants that will be age eighteen or older at the time of the TEC retreat will be contacted via email by the Show-Me TEC Registration Director to request your consent to perform your background check.  This is standard procedure for youth programs, and it is intended to help protect you, all our participants, and the TEC program.  We appreciate your cooperation!
Payment
* The full fee for attending a TEC weekend is $50.  In order to be sure the weekends are full, we do not reserve your place until at least a $25 deposit is received.  When you click "Submit" below, you will see a link on the next page to the payment page on the Show-Me TEC website.  You must click on that link and complete the payment process and complete your registration. All payments are handled through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account.  You may simply pay with a credit or debit card. *
If you are unable to pay any or all of the application fee of $50, you may request a scholarship.  Please enter the amount requested below and submit this application.  If you are not requesting the full amount, you can pay the rest of your fee on the next screen, or the balance will be due upon check-in on the Saturday morning of the retreat.  If you are requesting the full amount, you will not need to proceed to the payment web page after submitting this form.
