A deposit of $145 is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied to the last week of
the summer. If a child leaves the program prior to the last week, the deposit is not refundable.

The fee is $145 per week for the first child. $125 per week for each child after the first child.
The fee will not be reduced for the week that we are closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 for Independence Day.
If I choose to withdraw my child(ren) I am obligated to pay for an additional two weeks of care ($290 for the first child and $250 for each child after the first) past the last week my child(ren) attended.
Parents will be asked to pay $75 for the summer activity fee at the time of enrollment.

Late Pick Up Fees: It is the policy of Caring for Kids 1st to charge an additional fee for late pick up.
You will receive one written notice prior to the late fee being applied. Charges will be $1 per minute
with no grace period. This fee is payable the night of the occurrence or the following morning. If the
fee is not paid, the child will not be allowed to return until paid.
Return Check Fees: The fee for a returned check is $40.00 per check. If a returned check has been
received, cashier’s check, cash, or money order payments will be required for future fees.

Late Payment: Payments are due two weeks in advance on each Friday. After 5:30 pm on Monday,
payments that have not been received are subject to a $5.00 late fee and care will be suspended until
the account is paid in full. After the initial two week advance payment, subsequent payments of $145
are due each Friday. With the deposit and two week advance pay, the parent/guardian will be paid up
and not have to pay during the last 3 weeks of the program. Failure to pay fees may result in
termination of care at Caring for Kids 1st.

By Signing This Contract:

I acknowledge that I will read the Caring for Kids 1st Handbook and agree to abide by the policies.
I have read this contract and agree to pay the above stated fees.
I agree to complete the enrollment form, and other required forms by the requested date.
I understand that I am to keep the Caring for Kids 1st Director updated on any changes to enrollment information.
Caring for Kids 1st reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time and for any reason.
Payment may be made with cash, personal check, or money order to First Lutheran Church.
I understand that once I sign this agreement, if I choose to withdraw my child(ren) before August 7, 2026, I am obligated to pay for an additional two weeks of care $290 ($250 for a second child), past the last date my child(ren) attended. In addition, the $145 deposit and $75 activity fee are not refundable.
