Night In Blue November 4, 2023 4-9PM
Our largest community event open to students, families, alumnae and friends of Magnificat.  The night includes a raffle, pasta dinner, games and Bingo.
Night In Blue GAMES & GADGETS November 4, 2023 4-9PM
Help give away prizes at the NIB's most popular game, the Games and Gadgets table!
Night In Blue Volunteer Training
Please let us know if you would be interested in attending a pre-NIB volunteer training the night before the big event to learn more about the roles volunteers will take.
Holly Market December 7, 2023 5-9 PM
Holly Market is a craft fair welcoming over 65 vendors and nearly 1000 guests. Volunteers assist with check-in, set-up and beyond.
Reverse Raffle January 19, 2024 6-10PM
Night for dads/father figures with 50/50 raffles, poker, black jack and beyond. Volunteers can help plan, sell raffle tickets and sideboard tickets, man the bank and registration.
All School Dance (ASD) January 27, 2024
Families Help with coat check, snack station and other areas of need
Sentimental Sleepover
Help chaperone, set-up, and run the annual Sentimental Sleepover. An event in which the class who wins NIB gets to spend the night in the school.
Dad Prom - February 22, 2024 7-10PM
Event for Seniors and their dads/father figures
Fish Fry - March 1 & 15 2024, 5-7:30PM
Mother Daughter Senior Luncheon - March 10, 2024, 11AM- 1PM
Mass and luncheon hosted at the Aviator. Volunteers will assist with set-up, registration and breakdown.
Prom Decorating - End of April 
Volunteers will assist the Director of Student life with decor and event set-up.
Magnificat Gala - March 23rd
This event is run by the Advancement Team but will need volunteers for securing auction items and event prep and set up the week of the event.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week -1st Week of May

FAM shows apprection to the harding working staff at Magnificat by providing treats throughout the week
Senior Send Off May 17th
Fun  party-like atmosphere is provided for Seniors on their last day of school
Class Rep
Class Reps will engage other families in their student's class, to answer questions about events, and arrange parent/ guardian meet-ups for that class.
Service Night
Help coordinate service night in which we collect donations for a local non-profit
Magnificat Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Assist with Diversity events and cultural activities throughout the year
Social Chairs
Happy Hours and Social Events will be planned throughout the year for our Magnificat Families to meet up outside of the school.
Bookstore Volunteer
Help check out student and guests at the Bookstore during school hours and special events.
Moriah House Donor
You will are willing to provide food and/ or serve meals on select dates to Moriah House residents.
