- Vendor agrees to abide to all rules and regulations set by the Management and Producer of Swank Wedding Show 2025 (referred to as "Swank”) and the venue in which the show is held, collectively known as the "Management". The vendor acknowledges that the Management will have the final decision in adopting any rules or regulations deemed necessary before, during, and after the show. The vendor also agrees to comply with all union contracts and labor relations agreements and any agreements between Management and the Venue.

- We need a deposit to show your committed to participate in the show from 5 days after registering (filling out this form) OR you've spoken with us to make an arrangement. We simply cannot hold space for a company that isn't fully on board as time is of the essence.

- Every exhibitor is required to provide something to go towards the big giveaway (it can be a coupon to your services, a physical gift, anything) valued at a minimum of $150. If the vendor offers any Gift Certificate, they must honor them.

- Liability insurance is required or a waiver must be signed if no insurance available. Basically, if something happens to you at the show (like your booth collapses on you, yikes!) the hotel and our company are not liable.

- Your display cannot damage the venue, block a fellow exhibitor or take up more space than allotted. We will make you move back or into the original space we decided on.

- Anything you bring in must be removed AFTER the event ends at 4 p.m.

- You must be respectful to the organizers, staff and venue staff alike at all times. Foul language or attitude will not be tolerated. (be nice)

- All vendors must be out of the venue by 9 p.m.

- You must have someone stationed for your booth at all times. (so no packing up early and leaving your booth unattended)

- Any print material you wish to distribute must be dropped off in advance (no later than 15 days to the show).

- You may cancel your booth until Nov 09, 2024. Any cancellations made after Nov 09, 2024 will be non-refundable.

- The producers will provide Wi-Fi, a table with a simple linen tablecloth and 2 chairs. Everything else is your responsibility and if you require anything extra, it must be discussed in advance and agreed upon in writing by both parties.

- Extension cords, speciality lighting and other props required to set up exhibit space are the vendors' responsibility. There is an additional charge for extension cords and power.

- Postponement of Swank Wedding Show: If for any reason the Management determines that the location or date of an exposition should be changed, no refund will be due to the vendor, and the Management will assign to the vendor, in lieu of the original space, such as other space as the Management deems appropriate, and the vendor agrees to use such space under the terms of this agreement. The Management shall not be financially liable or otherwise obligated the event that the Exposition is relocated or postponed.

- The vendor waives rights to privacy and compensation regarding the use of their name and likeness in connection with media materials created within the Swank Wedding Show.
