With over three decades of experience at AT&T and its affiliates in various technical roles, Jackson is well-versed in network security. Recognized for his contributions, Jackson has received prestigious awards such as the CIE-USA 2023 Asian American Engineer of the Year Award and the 2022 CIE-USA DFW Individual Outstanding Community Service Award.
