The point of the group is to help you learn and implement healthy habits - guiding you to make better food choices, motivating you to work out every day, and coaching you to realize your inner strength and self-worth.

The workouts are geared to ALL fitness levels. So even if you feel like you’ve been “out of the game” for a few years, no problem...there’s always a modifier! If you’re feeling more advanced, then get ready to go ALL IN!
