RE: PACU ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY & NATIONAL CONFERENCE 

Greetings!

The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) will hold its Annual General Assembly and National Conference on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Legazpi Ballroom, Makati Diamond Residences, Legazpi St., Legazpi Village, Makati City. This year’s theme is PACU @93: "Driving Innovation, Inclusiveness, and Complementarity to Achieve Outcomes and Employability: Shaping the Future of Higher Education.” 

Please take note of the following reminders:

1. All PACU Member Presidents and official representatives are invited to attend the PACU Annual General Assembly and National Conference. Additional participants per member school are welcome.

2. The REGISTRATION FEE is P 4,000.00 per participant (to defray expenses for the event, such as AM / PM snacks and Buffet Lunch, venue rental, LED wall, audiovisual set-up, and event highlights documentation).

3. We will be sending another communication containing the Program and the General Assembly Meeting documents.

4. Hotel accommodation can be availed at PACU corporate rate of P 6,800.00NET (Double Occupancy/2 buffet breakfast) between September 26 - 28, 2025. Rooms are subject to availability.


5. Registration. Kindly register by completing the Google form below. Please fill out the registration form again for institutions with more than 1 participant.

6. Payment. Please make your check payable to the PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, INC. You may deposit your payment into our Security Bank Account No. 0381-009093-001. Kindly send a copy of the deposit slip to pacusecretariat@gmail.com to properly identify the funds transfer.
