Parade registration CLOSES at noon Friday, July 5, 2019 and payment is required at that time.

ROC Pride 2019 Parade is Saturday, July 20, 2019 - Line-up begins at 12:00 pm and Step-off is 1:00 pm.

ROC Pride 2019 Parade Theme: What's YOUR Stonewall?
This year we celebrate and pay homage to the incredible legacy of warriors whose shoulders upon which we stand as we continue to fight for equity for the LGBTQ+ community in Rochester and worldwide and our overall theme for the week is "We Remember; We Rise; We Fight; We ROC." For the ROC Pride Parade this year, we ask you to share with us a Stonewall moment for you.

Please read Parade Terms & Conditions for information on Parade Safety. Lineup location will be sent by email to all registrants no later than noon Monday, July 15, 2019. Line up will also be posted on the ROC Pride website at that time.

1) THIS IS STEP ONE, completing the application and registering to participate in ROC Pride Parade 2019. Please note there is no application fee, only a registration fee to participate in the parade.

2) STEP TWO is to pay for your registration fee. After completing this form, you will get a confirmation email that includes the link for payment. Please follow the appropriate link to make your payment. Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until payment is received.

These are DIFFERENT categories and fees of ROC Pride Parade participants:
- For-Profit Float: $100
- For-Profit Walking: $125
- For-Profit Walking with Vehicle: $150
- Nonprofit Float: $50
- Nonprofit Walking: $65
- Nonprofit Walking with Vehicle: $80

Parade Terms & Conditions *
By submitting an online registration, Applicant acknowledges that all applicable Rules and Regulations have been read in the Parade Terms & Conditions and Awards by the responsible party and agrees to them. Parade Safety is paramount and ROC Pride 2019 asks that all contingents take necessary precautions with Float and Walking units. Generator exhaust pipes shall be located away from decorative and flammable materials and away from float riders. Towing vehicle drivers shall possess a valid driver license and drivers shall have a clear field of vision. The towing vehicle shall have a functioning horn and brakes that are in good working order. Parade floats should maintain a 30 foot interval between other entries in front of them. No person shall jump off or onto a moving float. Float riders shall not throw candy or other items to spectators. Candy or other items may be distributed to spectators by hand from parade participants walking along side the float. Float riders shall not spray water or other fluids at spectators. Weapons of any kind will NOT be permitted at any point during ROC Pride events, including Parade and Festival.
