Copy Request
This form is used to submit any copy requests from Senate recognized clubs/organizations. This form will be processed by the Recording Secretary ( Forms need to be submitted at least 2 weeks/14 days prior to date of event. This is to resolve any issues, deal with potential delays, and ensure you obtain your flyers before your event.

Late requests may be processed but are subject to the discretion of the Recording Secretary.
