The Illinois State Senate has been acting in a bipartisan manner to find a way to end the nearly two-year-long budget impasse in Springfield. There are a multitude of proposals being discussed in an effort to reach a compromise. Before casting any votes, I'd like to get your opinion on some of the issues being debated.
